Club Rules for Visitors

Entry to Bankstown RSL is governed by the Registered Clubs Act 1976 and the club’s internal policies. Please review the key guidelines below before visiting.

Signing In

Visitors
  • Live more than 10 km from the club (or as specified by the club)
  • Member of another RSL or Bankstown Sports Club

Visitors must sign in upon arrival and present a valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s licence with address). A temporary membership may be issued. If attending a sporting event, sign-in may not be required.

The club may limit repeat entries for temporary members to encourage full membership.

Attending a Function

Attendees of events like weddings, who are not eligible as temporary members, may enter as a guest of a member. The club may cap the number of guests per member. Organisers should verify guest policies when booking.

Guest of a Member

  • Must enter their name and address in the visitor register
  • The entry must be countersigned by the hosting member
  • Guests must stay with the member and leave when they do (or earlier)

Entry for Minors

  • They must leave when the responsible adult leaves

Minors are not allowed in bar areas unless:

  • They are attending a wedding hosted by a member or immediate family
